Get Ready for Fresh Expression
A fresh expression is like a remake of an old movie. It's the same storyline, but a new expression of the story. It makes the storyline more relatable and easier to connect to. It's also no longer 100% predictable now. You know the overall story, but you don't know the little surprises the new directors have sprinkled throughout the movie.
God is coming with a fresh expression to encounter your heart this year. Get ready to experience the attributes of God in a fresh way. His love, kindness, peace, gentleness, joy, and hope, etc. You may think you know your life, but you don't know this version. There is a fresh expression.
Birthing a New Form of Glory
Along with the fresh expression, there is a new form for a new glory. A form is a template, mold, frame, system, or pattern that governs how we do things. God wants to release new forms into our lives to produce new results.
Many in the last few months have been under tremendous warfare. It's been the attack of the enemy resisting and counterattacking the new glory that's being birthed and released. What the enemy thought would be the thing that would stop and kill you, God has used to reposition your posture to give birth to the new glory. What the enemy has meant for your death process, God is using for your birthing process of the new glory.
"And it was about the sixth hour, and there was a darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour. And the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was rent in the midst. And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, He said, Father, into Thy hands I commend My spirit: and having said thus, He gave up the ghost." (Luke 23:44-46 KJV)
It was in the 9th hour that Jesus died and the veil in the temple was torn from top to bottom. The veil separated the Holy Place from the Holy of Holies. The ripping of the veil was the most significant transition in history. It gave each of us access to God, no longer needing a priest to make sacrifices for us in the temple. It was the ending of the old order and the release of new glory. Jesus' death process was the birthing of the Church and redemption of mankind. God is releasing a new form for new glory. There are things that God is killing and ripping to release new glory.
Let the Old Wineskin Go and Receive the New
"And who pours new wine into an old wineskin? If someone did, the old wineskin would burst and the new wine would be lost. New wine must always be poured into new wineskins." (Luke 5:37-38 TPT)
2019 is a year to let the old wineskin go and receive the new that God wants to release into our lives. God is releasing a new form or wineskin to us to house a new glory.
Ministry and Church leaders, watch for the release of new, specific ideas and concepts of ministry. It is tailor-made for you to have a greater impact and effectiveness. Be open to new concepts and ways of stewarding the flow of the Holy Spirit for a release of new glory.
God's doing a new thing to bring us into greater authority. The challenge will be to let the old die, for the birthing of the fresh expression and new glory. Following the instructions of the new will release a fresh, new flow of glory into our lives. I decree this over you: you're walking in a fresh expression and new glory in 2019!
Here are other areas I heard the Lord speak about in 2019:
The Lord said, "I will make My people strong and great. I will make them overcomers. I will make them establishers. They will take new territory in 2019. They will come into places of a long-awaited victory. They will see many adversaries overthrown. It is a time of tremendous victory for My people.
"I am releasing a wind against the lying prophecies of the enemy against My Church and My people. There will be a silencing of the mouth of the enemy. The prophetic words that I will release through My prophets this year will be like a hammer smashing through fortified structures. I will break down walls. I will open up that which has been locked up. I will make a way in the places where there is no way.
"With the leaders of nations, I will shift and change hearts. Those who have been hostile to Christian values in the past, I will quickly move on their hearts and shift them to My team. I will be turning foes to friends. I am doing a new thing. I will use the least likely. I will do things in 2019 that will make you say, 'No, that's not possible.' I will, on an international and a national platform, do the impossible. Even those who are filled with fear and doubt will stop and say, 'Wow, God is doing something.' I will make Myself know in the nations of the earth.
"I will move on reality TV. I will be hosted, seen, and known. I will begin to invade reality TV shows. I will bring My reality to the false reality. Their platform will become My platform. I will be seen and known." (To Subscribe to the Elijah List subscribe here.)

We are in a new day of God raising up many young, prophetic voices. Jermaine Francis and his wife, Rebecca, are from Christian International in Florida, and have released some powerful words in the past.
Shortly thereafter, a new elder came on the scene and was given the privilege and authority to call on people to lead worship. I noticed something—he wasn't calling on me. So I began to pray for him. As I prayed for him, nothing happened. I had to sit in the congregation and die in my seat as I longed to be up in the pulpit leading worship.
