"Look What God Preserved - Be Encouraged California!"

"Look What God Preserved - Be Encouraged California!"
Steve Shultz, Albany, OR

It could be said (at least at one time) that "I'm a California boy!"

I was raised in California, met my wife there, and had our first two children there. Although I've lived in the Northwest for most of the 34 years since we left the state, there is a part of me who is still that Californian. While you can't beat the beauty of Oregon beaches, neither can you surpass the warm beach sands and crashing waves on the California coast.

"What is the Oldest Building in California?"

Earlier this week we flew back from our vacation in California, one of many over the years. On the flight back, God began to speak, "Look this up—what is the oldest building in California?"

I fought this as being just one of my own curious thoughts, until it would not leave. So yesterday morning I looked it up! To my shock, I've actually been IN that building before, in 1985 to be specific!

The oldest standing building in the entire state of California is in the Mission San Juan Capistrano, and is called the SERRA CHAPEL. Ready for this amazing fact? This Christian mission and its chapel was built in 1782, a mere SIX YEARS after the Declaration of Independence was signed. Amazing!

Now to be clear, not every still-standing building on Earth is a memorial to God's work on the earth, but this one is—because God said it is.

San Juan, of course, means St. John! There is rich revelation from St. John for California. Let the search begin.

When God birthed California (there is a rich history in this), HE saw to it, and even appointed angelic beings to protect and preserve what remains today, the SERRA Chapel. As I sat in this chapel admiring the beauty of it in 1985, little did I know that God would speak regarding it.

What Then Do We Do?

The news is NOT GOOD in California—not on the surface anyway. But God...

As I write, the current governor of California is welcoming as many who can, or will come, to travel to California to have their abortions. What evil can exist in the hearts of mankind to think of such things! What then do we do?

Please pray for the governor of California and do NOT CURSE HIM. We are instructed to PRAY FOR all those in authority. This, we are told, is "pleasing to God."

God is STILL SPEAKING POWERFULLY in this season about California and HIS PLANS for the state.

Revelation from Heaven Concerning California:

MAKE NO MISTAKE...GOD'S PEOPLE IN CALIFORNIA HAVE BEEN PRAYING, and they have God's ear and His very special attention! The same Father and God who stationed angels to protect that old chapel at Mission San Juan Capistrano is saying to you and me:

"I have not forgotten you, California. You, California—those who have not yet known Me—have sought to exalt yourself above God, and because of the prayers of the saints, I've allowed a season of sifting so that I can HELP YOU! You will come out of this with many of your cities turning to ME and serving Me with all their heart, soul, strength and mind!

"You will yet have another, much greater, awakening such as the Azusa Street Revival. This awakening will dwarf all California revivals and awakenings before this. Hold on. The delay is nearly over. I've preserved, through supernatural intervention, your mission chapel so that I could speak to you through it. Now hear the word of the Lord: My word will NOT return to Me void, but it will accomplish in California that which I have purposed.

"Pastors, parishioners and Believers from all walks of life, KEEP praying for California because her best days are ahead of her and NOT BEHIND. I have preserved you, California!"

Blessings in Christ,
