In this era of fulfilled prophetic promises, and this time of opening of new doors and paths, the Lord is cautioning His people to trust in His timing for the fulfillment of the promise and the opening of divine doors, and also to trust in the path He has prepared to the promise. There is a need to stay in step with the leading of His Spirit, and not make a way in your own strength, in order to reap the greater harvest He wishes to bring and to walk in advancement.
The Lord is looking for those who not only have faith He will bring the promise to pass, but those who trust in His timing. This is the hour of great change and advancement, and divine doors are about to open for many people! We are to stand in faith from a position of rest and allow Him to reveal the way.
I heard the Lord say, "Those who trust in Me, trust in My timing. Many people have faith to believe I will fulfill the promises I have spoken, but they are not in a place of trusting the path to the promise or trusting in My perfect timing. Those who truly trust Me are those who have faith to believe the promise and are surrendered to My timing, knowing My timing is perfect.
"Great change is at hand in the earth for individuals, ministries, regions and nations, and in this strategic time it is critical for My people to embrace My timing. As My people walk in step with My Spirit, they walk in My timing."
Galatians 5:25 (ESV), "If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit."
God's Perfect Timing Yields the Full Harvest
"I am opening new paths and new doors in this hour but those who move ahead of My timing, or who open doors in their own strength, will negate the full harvest I intend to bring. The journey to seeing the fulfillment of the promise is a journey of ongoing steps of faith and obedience; steps taken in swift obedience on the leading of My Spirit but from a position of rest in knowing I am faithful to fulfill My promises in My perfect timing. Those who trust in My timing will look back and see My hand at work and will see the way I orchestrated all things for their good. They will see how My timing opened doors of greater harvest and advancement."

Trust in God's Timing from a Heart Position of Rest
The Lord said, "Those who trust in My timing live from a position of rest and they are filled with peace. Those filled with My peace are those who believe My word. They believe My ways are higher; I work all things for their good; I order the times and seasons; I direct their path and I am faithful to fulfill all I have promised."

The Lord said, "A heart position of rest is one of surrender to Me and trust in Me. I am looking for those who are at rest for they are the ones who know Me and live by faith. I know the plans I have for My people and I will complete what I have started. I am never a minute too early or a minute too late. Many people live in a place of unrest and striving when I am calling them to live in faith and to rest in Me. The key to rest is knowing Me, for those who truly know Me, know My character and ways and enter My rest. My people will know Me by studying My Word and walking closely with Me, for My past faithfulness in their lives is a testimony to them of who I am."

Stay in Faith, not Fear
I heard the Lord say, "Don't give in to fear for that will lead you to take steps in your own strength rather than on the leading of My Spirit, and what you build will be in vain for it will not be of Me. The enemy is sending a targeted attack on My people to attempt to bring fear just at the critical time when it is important for My people to stay in a place of trusting My timing. I saw many people were at the threshold of the new path and the fulfillment of the promise God had given them, but due to the length of time they had been waiting for the promise, they were conflicted and were wondering if they should take steps in their own strength to move their plans forward and to set things in motion. The enemy was whispering lies to them that they had missed the opportunity, and missed the timing of God, and this was causing them to feel they needed to take steps in their own strength.
This targeted attack was coming to God's people just at the hour when the new doors were opening to His people, as the enemy was attempting to divert people off the path of harvest the Lord was opening. Stay in a place of faith and trust in His timing, for the hour of fulfillment is at hand.
Psalm 27:14 (TPT), "Here's what I've learned through it all: Don't give up; don't be impatient; be entwined as one with the Lord. Be brave and courageous, and never lose hope. Yes, keep on waiting – for He will never disappoint you!"

I saw, in prayer, that the Lord is handing out golden compasses that will align you with His heart, but He's asking you to trade in the one you've been using for the directional leading of your life (your own plans done in your own strength).
