Ebylife | Personal Training in Barcelona: Here's a great fat-burning HIIT workout for you to try in the new week. No equipment needed! Workout instructions: Set the timer to 30-40 minutes. Complete 8-12 reps of each exercise. Rest as little as possible between exercises and rounds. Complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in the 30-40 minutes. Have fun!!
