I modify my "Drag Curl" to keep optimal tension in the biceps. Instead of pulling my elbows back toward my lats, I apply the weight loss through the "meat" of my palms (high up by the wrists). This torque of the forearms, pumps my biceps better than many arm movements. This variation can only be performed on the Smith Machine.
