Karen Maynard: Why we should we be eating clean whole foods. Because, with clean whole foods, they are HIGH in nutrients, and naturally LOW in calories. This way our body is naturally satisfied, we are not hungry and we tend to not snack later on. In order to keep our metabolism humming, we HAVE to be in what I call the 'sweet spot'.
