They are also, for most of us, a wardrobe staple - you just can't beat jeans and a nice top!

The Drop a Jeans Size Challenge is designed to help you drop jeans sizes before you shop for your winter wardrobe.

If you start now, you may even have time for a couple of sizes - have a play with the jeans size calculator to see the possibilities.

Updated for this Autumn, the challenge is good fun and is designed to help you shape up (in 1-minute snatches of time) as well as slim down.

To lose the most you can, we recommend you choose at least one of the food related options each week.

You can do the challenge in a minimum of 6 weeks, up to a maximum of 12. It's really easy and quick to do, so no need to delay getting started.
