http://www.elijahlist.com ************************************* "A Mass Exodus from the Kingdom of Darkness into the Kingdom of Light" Elaine Tavolacci, Staten Island, NY  "From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, 'Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.'" (Matthew 4:17) Within the past few weeks there have been videos on social media of people praying all across the nations. There are groups of people praying in the streets, groups of nurses and doctors praying in the hospitals and construction workers gathering together in prayer. There are videos with inmates praying together in the prisons. There were even police and sheriffs with megaphones speaking to crowds and asking people to accept Jesus into their hearts. So That My Wonders May Be Multiplied We read throughout the Bible that every time the Lord was about to move in a mighty way He first called His people to repentance. He said in 2 Chronicles 7:14, "[I]f My people who are called by My name would humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land."  In the book of Exodus the Israelites were slaves in Egypt under the rulership of Pharaoh. When Pharaoh wouldn't let them leave, the Lord sent ten plagues to Egypt. In the final plague, every firstborn son of Egypt died, including the firstborn of Pharaoh and the firstborn of animals, but not one Israelite or their animals died. It all happened as God had warned Moses saying, "...'Pharaoh will not heed you, so that My wonders may be multiplied in the land of Egypt'" (Exodus 11:9). (Photo via Unsplash)
The Lord went before His people in a pillar of cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night to give them light. The Israelites were slaves in Egypt under Pharaoh's leadership for 430 years. When the Lord was leading them out, they were pursued by Pharaoh and his army at the Red Sea. The Lord sent a mighty east wind and used Moses' rod to part the Red Sea for millions of Israelites to escape. They went through on dry ground, unscathed, but when Pharaoh and the Egyptian army followed after them, along with their horses and chariots, the Lord closed the sea back up and they drowned.
