At last we can start to anticipate going out, gathering with friends and family and having breaks away as we go through the spring. So now's the time to throw off the winter layers and emerge into the sunshine in your new down-sized jeans.
If you start now, you may even have time for a couple of sizes - have a play with the jeans size calculator to see the possibilities.
The Drop a Jeans Size Challenge is good fun and is designed to help you shape up (in 1-minute snatches of time) as well as slim down.
To lose the most you can, we recommend you choose at least one of the food related options each week.
You can do the challenge in a minimum of 6 weeks, up to a maximum of 12. It's really easy and quick to do, so no need to delay getting started.
