Researchers have developed blue light blocking glasses that may reduce eye fatigue associated with prolonged computer use. Volunteers who wore this glasses reported much fewer symptoms and better visual focusing. These glasses may help reduce the eye strain caused by excess blue light exposure in smartphone users.
