Deadly food poisoning outbreak at a fundraising event in Louisiana, USA. Jambalaya tainted with two bacteria blamed for sickening over 125 people, 31 hospitalized and 1 death. Clinical samples from patients tested positive for Salmonella and Clostridium perfringen. More cases are expected as over 300 plates may have been sold.
