"Lose belly fat with ginger, cardamom powder anh mint leaf
Ingredients:
Ginger: 1
Cardamom powder: a little
Mint leaves: 60 grams
Making:
Crush ginger and mint leaves. Then place them in a cup of hot water
Add cardamom powder and let it steep for 30 minutes
Then strain to get the tea
Dilute this tea with 250ml lemon juice and 80ml orange juice
Let it cool down and divide into two glasses
Drink it twice per day to lose fat
