The last seminar I taught in Los Angeles I was asked if I've ever used self-defense (Krav Maga) in real life. The short answer is no. I've never had to get physical with anyone. But I've had to verbally defuse conflict and break up fights. Both I believe are just as important as knowing how to physically defend yourself. So how do I know the techniques I teach work?
