Hi Kuka,

If you want to make a real difference and get into good shape by summer, here's a challenge you can get really get your legs into. (Great for your tummy too.)

Lots of people underestimate the power of simple walking. It's fabulous for gradually firming your body, and helping you shed more pounds without needing to be so restrictive about what you eat.

You'll be walking not only for your weight, shape and fitness, but to earn real medals, engraved with your name, for your achievement.

Walk the Weight Off has interesting new destinations for this year, and you can take as long as you like to walk to each one – which means everyone has a good shot at getting a medal.

There are bronze, silver and gold medal levels and it’s possible to achieve all three.

How it Works

To reach a destination you have to walk for the number of hours it would take to fly there.

Your challenge map shows the progress of your virtual plane and you get a badge on your map to mark the location of each destination you reach.

You can go for bronze, silver and gold medals - which will be sent out to you in the post as you earn them, view details
