SAIMM Young Professionals Council (YPC) Graduate Development Programme 2020

Dear SAIMM member   The SAIMM Young Professionals Council (SAIMM-YPC) have developed a draft Graduate Development Programme (GDP). We would like your feedback and comments on the proposed GDP.   Is this a programme that you would implement or use to inform the graduate development strategy in your organisation? Do you see value in it for young professionals?
