How much vitamin B3 should be, or is, in your supplement? Interesting read, not sure what I think yet. Meat is a primary source of B3, but coffee, beans, barley and peanuts are also good sources. They propose that high doses of nicotinamide lead to autoimmune conditions, like allergies, and that low doses contribute to development of neurodegeneraive diseases like parkinson's, and cancer. They suggest 15 mg nicotinamide/day as the 'sweet spot' of B3 intake, that would depend on situation and individual...
