My daily smoothie: +Vibrant Health vegan plant based protein (20g) with probiotics, spirulina powder (blue-green algae), flax seeds, chia seeds (soaked overnight), +Udos Choice UK Omega oil (you do not need to kill 🐠 for omegas!), blended in water and/or almond or coconut milk. I learned all of these power food super food ideas from my father. This way as a vegan or vegetarian (or any type of diet), you're getting a lot of nutrients in the morning from the smoothie alone.
