Good old Burpees!
1.Standing
2.Squat down: Palms on the floor, bottom on your heels
3.Jump legs back: Plank position with palms & toes making the only contact with floor.
4. Return to position 2. By jumping back
5. Return to standing

The short demo starts with an slower step back version of the burpee before progressing to more challenging variations.
