"Zion Fire is Coming – Rosh Hashanah"

The Hebrew Year 5779 is fast approaching on September 9-11, 2018, and God is bringing Zion Fire to His churches in this new year. Mt. Zion refers to a location where the grace of God is made manifest. "Zion Fire" is a fire that will start with the people of God first. It's a fire in those who are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ that will then spread to the unsaved.
According to Scripture and specifically Hebrews 12:22-24 (NASB), "But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to myriads of angels, to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are enrolled in Heaven, and to God, the Judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous made perfect, and to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled Blood, which speaks better than the blood of Abel."
Don't Let Your Lamps Go Out

Since Zion Fire is coming, what must the Church of Jesus Christ do to prepare itself? First, we must keep our own lamps burning, for Christians are called "the light of the world".
How do we do this? Scripture shares how Moses received instructions on the mountain concerning the building of the tabernacle, and one of the instructions revolved around the oil for the lampstand.
In Exodus 27:20-21 (NIV), the Word says, "Command the Israelites to bring you clear oil of pressed olives for the light so that the lamps may be kept burning. In the tent of meeting, outside the curtain that shields the ark of the covenant law, Aaron and his sons are to keep the lamps burning before the Lord from evening till morning. This is to be a lasting ordinance among the Israelites for the generations to come."
