With less socialising going on, many of us will find it easier to resist high cal temptations.

It’s also a good time to make sure you’re eating healthily.

On the other hand, you don’t want to be drastically cutting calories, or limiting your diet so much that you’re not getting all the nutrients your body needs.

The lower your calorie allowance goes, the more careful you need to be about not eating ‘empty’ calories - to ensure you’re getting enough of the good stuff.

What’s Happening in the WLR Office?

We’re quite fortunate here in that some members of our team are already set up to work remotely. To ensure that we can continue supporting members, we’re currently upgrading our network and phone systems so that all the team will be able to work from home as the need arises.
