Egypt experienced the plagues, one of them being pestilence and economic upheaval. But God's people who applied the blood over their doorposts and celebrated the first Passover were protected. Not only were they protected but they left the bondage of Egypt and made their way to the promised land. As they left, even the gold and silver was released to them as "the wealth of the wicked is laid up for the righteous." The harvest is about to be unleashed and God is about to release unlimited resources to the harvesters! There is a huge worldwide financial reset of the global economic system occurring behind the scenes as world powers that have held millions in bondage are being shaken. Also activities that have been idols in people's lives have suddenly been shut down as many of the idols in America such as sports, movie theaters, restaurants, malls etc including institutions of sin and indulgence due to the current shutdown have come to a halt just as it did in Egypt. It's a time where God's people were to stay in their homes and wait for the plagues to pass as they applied the blood, celebrated the Lamb (Jesus) sacrificed the lamb and ate it, and then by faith stepped out into their promised land. Many finally are free from the distractions of the world to spend time with God and their families and will come out stronger.
We are at a place in world history when this has never happened on such a global scale as it is right now! Some Nations are scrambling to align with God and His blessings and protection. Sheep Nations are aligning with Israel and Godly principles are being positioned for huge favor while other nations are in the valley of decision during this crisis. We should be saying, "As for me and my house we will serve the Lord" as we apply the Blood of Jesus over our lives and re-order our steps as we align with God's purposes for this decade. What the enemy has meant for harm God will use for good. Use this down time to get close to God, ask God to cleanse you of sin or distractions and anything that would hinder you from going to your promised land, then as this "Passes-Over", step in faith into your Promised Land of destiny as God opens up new doors and opportunities.
